By using Vibe Sender (app.primesociety.ai), operated by Prime Society, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Vibe Sender is a dashboard for sending WhatsApp template messages in bulk through your own WhatsApp Business Account, using Meta's official Cloud API. You connect your account, upload contact lists, pick an approved template and send. Costs charged by Meta for conversations are billed by Meta to you, separately from this service.
2. Your account
Access is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done through your account.
3. Acceptable use
- You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and applicable law (including LGPD).
- You may only message contacts you have a lawful basis to contact, and you must honor opt-out requests promptly.
- Spam, harassment, deception, illegal content or messaging purchased/scraped lists are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension — and may cause Meta to restrict or ban your own WhatsApp number, which is solely your responsibility.
4. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". We depend on Meta's platform: outages, policy changes, message holds or bans applied by Meta are outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 3 months.
5. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request data deletion (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
